this is a tutorial for all those who cant get their nebulae to look dramatic and/or pretty.
it's VERY easy and providing you have photoshop, then you'll have it finished in about 10 minutes
ALTHOUGH the whole thing covers from fractal to finished product, the main technique of drama and prettiness can be applied anywhere.
in fact, i may make an extra tutorial for that very specific purpose
TO USE: download the zip...open the zip...double click "Index.html" and follow the tutorial
P.S. starting image borrowed from: [link] i didnt want to create a whole new image just for this, as the whole thing started as an experiment anyway

they did away with the blanket "photoshop" category...how annoying, that was a useful category.
